Check In And Check Out
Check in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Should the apartment be available an early check-in can be arranged on the day. Check out time is 11:00am on day of departure. Late check out can be arranged, subject to availability. Luggage can be stored for you by the friendly staff.
Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights applies. 2 night minimum stay is available on request for studio rooms.
Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged the cost is $33 per person one-way on a Shuttle Bus, otherwise, travel in comfort with a Sedan Limousine (2 people $170 one-way), a Luxury Mercedes Benz limousine (1-6 people $200 one way), or a Stretch Limousine (up to 7 people $240 one-way). Luggage is not a problem, and champagne can be ordered (at additional charge) for your scenic trip to Port Douglas. If you require this service please advise flight details and time of arrival.
NB: For early morning flights, please book room for the day before to secure an early check in.
Children
Please note that children from the age of 16 years old are welcome.
Cancellations
- Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to date of arrival will be refunded in full, less $50 administration fee.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival, nil refund of the deposit will apply.
- Any cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival, "no shows, or changes to bookings during your stay, will be charged the full amount of the total stay booked (eg; if you are confirmed for 5 days you will be charged for a total of 5 days). However, if the apartment can be re-let a full refund will be issued less deposit paid for the first night.
