Lovely and relaxing stay We stayed at Shantara for a week in a one bedroom apartment overlooking the main pool and loved our time there. Being an adults-only resort, it was so quiet. Even when swimming in the pool with others, people were very respectful which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay at Shantara resort. The pools were lovely and quiet (no children). The resort is clean, modern and very well maintained. Best of all it's only a short walk to the main street Macrossan St. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely sensational Liz and Julie at the desk were amazing nothing but polite and helpful. The resort is amazing, rooms are awesome and I would 100% recommend to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Port Douglas.

Great position- close to Macrossan street. Great rooms - kingsize bed, separate bath and shower, kitchenette and lovely balcony, looking over one of the two pools. Everything very clean and everyone very friendly. Highly recommend!

A fabulous place to base a trip to Port Douglas. 10 minutes flat walk to all of Port Douglas. Immaculate accommodation and facilities. Two swimming pools a spa and a gym. The hosts are friendly pleasant and helpful. Highly recommended. There is also BBC facilities.
